  • 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst

  • strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret complex data

  • experience with analytics platforms such as Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Salesforce

  • excellent communication skills, with a knack for presenting data insights in a clear and comprehensible manner

  • proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in liaising with product managers and development teams

  • strategic thinker with the capability to create and execute detailed plans for data collection and analysis

03What you will work on
  • one of our ventures, in a cross-functional team

  • collaborate closely with the product manager to assess feature usage and contribute significantly to product development strategies

  • analyze and interpret data/events from analytics platforms including Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Salesforce, ensuring accurate insights and understanding of user interactions

  • design and oversee the implementation of event tracking plans in Amplitude. While coding skills are not required, effective coordination with the development team and monitoring plan execution are essential

  • develop funnels to accurately measure and provide clear insights into performance metrics, enabling a deeper understanding of user behavior and product effectiveness

  • generate detailed reports summarizing findings, providing actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions
