If you want us to be sold entirely, you’ve got to have the following skills to be considered.
- 2+ years of professional web development (focus mainly on developing responsive products)
- experience with React.js and familiarity with its core concepts
- experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- familiarity with RESTful APIs
- knowing how to deal with HTML / CSS
- aren't afraid of git merges/rebasing
- fluent English paired with good communication skills
Bonus points
- familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- familiarity with benchmarking and optimization
- using TDD/BDD techniques
- involvement with Open Source community
- strong Stack Overflow profile
- German language
