If you want us to be sold entirely, you’ve got to have the following skills to be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a startup environment
- understanding tech, business & design processes
- working knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
- excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams (at least 5 people)
- excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- experience launching digital products
- attention to detail and strong technical intuition
- great English communication skills
Bonus points
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- start-up experience (with own start-up or as an early employee)
- insight into emerging industry trends
- knowing German

03What you will work on
- shaping the future of one of our ventures, with a cross-functional team
- taking charge of the product development process, working closely with the development team, guiding and supporting them to ensure success
- taking the lead in organizing and overseeing day-to-day Scrum activities
- define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies
- track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies
- develop and execute release plans, including coordination with development, testing, and operations teams
- manage release schedules, dependencies, and communication with stakeholders
