  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a startup environment
  • understanding tech, business & design processes
  • working knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
  • excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams (at least 5 people)
  • excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • experience launching digital products
  • attention to detail and strong technical intuition
  • great English communication skills

03What you will work on
  • shaping the future of one of our ventures, with a cross-functional team
  • taking charge of the product development process, working closely with the development team, guiding and supporting them to ensure success
  • taking the lead in organizing and overseeing day-to-day Scrum activities
  • define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies
  • track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies
  • develop and execute release plans, including coordination with development, testing, and operations teams
  • manage release schedules, dependencies, and communication with stakeholders
